Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING on online orders over $200.00! Excludes trailers, snow removal equipment, and truck freight merchandise.
All shipments must have a destination within the continental U.S. (48 states). Some oversized or overweight items may require special freight. Our online shopping cart will notify you if an item can not be shipped. Most products are shipped within 24 hours and will arrive within the time frame selected. Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and you can expect all items to be free from manufacturing defects.
Any new and unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase (****Returns may be subject to a restocking fee). The merchandise must be shipped in new condition and in the original package with all parts, accessories, and manuals. Contact us within 30 days of purchase and our specialists will work with you to create a solution to meet your needs. Every return must be authorized and a return authorization (RA) number will be issued for your reference. Our specialists will give you instructions on where to send your package for maximum efficiency.
Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned merchandise. Shipment shortages must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt of goods. In the event that a return is the result of an error of our company, or website, we will issue a full credit and call tag or return label for pickup of the parts to be returned.
Every item we sell has a warranty policy associated with it. If you believe there may be a warranty issue, contact us. The Hitch Man, Inc. is not responsible for damage that may be caused by UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping company. Such claims should be handled with the shipping carrier directly. ****A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any return that is not an error of our company or website. Refused items or items returned without prior authorization will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
